3. Information We Collect

Blockchain Data

When you connect your wallet and interact with NFTs on VALYGO NFTChain (chain ID 7773777), your public wallet address and transaction history are recorded on the blockchain. This data is publicly visible by design and is not controlled by us. We index this public on-chain data to display collections, tokens, ownership, and trading activity on the marketplace.

Wallet Connection

We use WalletConnect and similar wallet providers to enable you to connect your cryptocurrency wallet. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. The only information received through wallet connection is your public wallet address and chain ID.

Automatically Collected Data

Like most websites, our servers may log your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and pages visited. We use Cloudflare for security and performance, which may collect additional technical data as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information through the marketplace interface unless you voluntarily provide it through a separate process such as SBT verification on the VALYGO platform.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Display NFT collections, tokens, and marketplace activity
  • Process and display Seaport orders (listings and purchases)
  • Show your portfolio of owned NFTs when you connect your wallet
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the marketplace
  • Improve and develop our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. Order Book Data

When you list an NFT for sale, you sign a Seaport order with your wallet. This signed order, including the offered item, asking price, and your wallet address, is stored in our off-chain order book database. This data is necessary to facilitate the marketplace and is visible to other users who may wish to purchase the listed item. Completed, cancelled, or expired orders may be retained for historical and analytical purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Our marketplace integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS protection, and DNS
  • WalletConnect (Reown) — wallet connectivity
  • IPFS — decentralized storage for NFT metadata and images

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party.

7. Data Retention

On-chain data (transactions, token ownership, transfers) exists permanently on VALYGO NFTChain and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else. Off-chain data such as order book entries and server logs are retained for as long as necessary to operate the marketplace and meet legal requirements.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time. Once disconnected, the marketplace will not display your portfolio or allow transactions from your wallet. However, historical on-chain activity and previously submitted orders remain accessible.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, Cloudflare WAF protection, and secure server infrastructure to protect the marketplace and its data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored on our servers.

10. Children

The VALYGO NFT marketplace is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the marketplace after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
